All articles published in Journal are free to read and download on this site without any payment or registration, but prohibited for commercial use.

The Editorial Board strongly recommends you to reference to the authors of the articles, the titles of the articles, the issue and year they were published in, whenever you use the materials from the both sites, and also to add a source link of the Journal’s main page.
